What it does
Bright Sky is an open source JSON API for the open weather data of the German Meteorological Service (DWD). It gives hourly observations and forecasts for any coordinates, mostly in and around Germany, plus current weather, rain radar and weather warnings. Request /weather with latitude, longitude and a date to get temperature, precipitation, wind, cloud cover and more. Free for all purposes, no key needed; the DWD terms of use apply to the data.
