What it does

The AniList API gives data about anime and manga, such as titles, episodes, studios, characters, airing schedules and scores, for example to show what airs this week. It is a GraphQL API: POST one query to https://graphql.anilist.co and get exactly the fields you ask for as JSON; OAuth gives access to user lists. Free, no key needed; commercial apps may use it free of charge while they earn less than $150 a month. Requests are rate limited per minute.
