What it does
Firecrawl turns websites into clean data for AI apps: scrape a page to Markdown or structured JSON, search the web with the content of the results, or crawl a whole site, for example to feed documentation into a chatbot. Requests are JSON POST calls. Free without an API key for search and scrape within a daily limit per IP address; a free API key gives 1,000 credits a month and the other endpoints, no credit card needed. An official MCP server at https://mcp.firecrawl.dev/v2/mcp lets AI agents search, scrape and parse web pages.
