Which one to choose
Both turn a URL into a chart image and can replace the retired Google Image Charts. QuickChart uses Chart.js syntax, has a monthly limit on its free plan and is open source, so you can host it yourself. Image-Charts' free plan has no chart limit but adds a small watermark. Choose QuickChart for Chart.js charts or self-hosting, Image-Charts for unlimited charts where a watermark is fine.
Each service's own page has its full description, a code example and what visitors report: QuickChart, Image-Charts.
