What it does

Mediastack is a news search API from apilayer that returns articles from news sources in 13 languages, filtered by keyword, source, category, country, language and date, for example a news box on a city page. Requests are simple GET calls with an access_key parameter, and the answers are JSON. Free with a free API key for 100 calls a month, non-commercial use only, with delayed news. Paid plans add live news and commercial use.
