The data.europa.eu Search API searches the official portal for European open data, which collects more than a million datasets from the EU institutions and the national portals of European countries, for example to find air-quality or transport data for a city. Results are JSON with each dataset's title, publisher, licence and download links; a SPARQL endpoint is also available. Free, no key needed.
