The Voice RSS API turns text into speech in more than 40 languages and dialects, for example to read out news items or notifications in a web page or app. A single GET request with the text, language and optional voice returns an audio file in MP3, WAV, AAC or OGG format, or Base64 text. Free with a free API key, up to 350 requests per day (100 KB of text per request). SSML input is only available on paid plans.
